- Led a platform migration to a new mobile architecture, shipping the initial release to 2 app stores within 2 months and supporting a user base that has grown to 27,000+.
- Partnered with leadership on product planning and delivery, taking on scoping, prioritization, and coordination of work across the engineering team.
- Owned the timekeeping platform end-to-end across the stack, introducing new scheduling primitives and reliability improvements across critical user-facing flows.
